
Corporate Banking System UX/UI Case Study (Confidential Project)
This is a corporate banking platform designed to support large-scale financial operations for businesses. My role involved enhancing the user experience and interface design to address usability challenges and improve workflow efficiency across key modules such as payments, tasks, collections and transaction status inquiry.
Through a user-centered design approach, the new interface simplifies complex processes, introduces clearer navigation, and ensures consistency across devices. The result is a cleaner, more modern system that empowers corporate users to manage financial tasks more efficiently while aligning with the brand and digital transformation goals.
This project strengthened my ability to work in high-security, complex environments. It also reinforced the importance of collaborative iteration with developers and stakeholders.
