Loan Lifecycle Management System
UX/UI Case Study (Confidential Project)

The Loan Lifecycle Management System is a comprehensive redesign of the bank’s internal platform used for managing corporate loans from origination to closure. The project aimed to enhance operational efficiency by simplifying complex workflows, improving task visibility, and aligning the user interface with OCBC’s digital design standards.

Through extensive user research and collaboration with stakeholders, we introduced intuitive navigation, status tracking, and contextual guidance, resulting in a significant reduction in processing time and a more seamless experience for relationship managers and operations staff.
